My husband and I met Elizabeth at an open house, at that time we weren’t even looking for a realtor. Honestly, we didn’t think we needed one. We didn’t want to be pressured by someone we didn’t know. Elizabeth was wonderful, she was not pushy. She is motivated, dedicated and listens to the needs and wants of her clients. Elizabeth walked us through the processes and reviewed all our options. She connected us to lenders and followed up with them to ensure things moved along efficiently. Elizabeth was like a friend that I had known for years and truly made us feel like we were her only client. If your looking for someone who will make your home search easy then Elizabeth is your go to realtor. We highly recommend her.
When My wife and I began our process to find a home in the Jacksonville market, we found Elizabeth Wells and we are very glad we did. We found Elizabeth to be very experienced, extraordinarily dedicated to her clients and always went far beyond our expectations in our search process. She was extremely knowledgeable in all type of Real Estate and answered all of our questions regardless of the time of day or how trivial they may have been. Elizabeth was by our side guiding us through the entire process from the property viewing, to property walk through and finally closing on the property we purchased. If you are looking for someone you can trust to really help you find a home whether in Florida, The United States or Internationally, Elizabeth Wells is the person you need on your side in that process. Yes, she is that remarkable, and she would be the first person we would call if we ever needed to purchase another home. Don and Marian Shelfer
Elizabeth did a great job navigating a very volatile market and helping me eventually get into the right house!
