Elite Realty Group

The best in the business. Phil and Elite really step up and help us sell our home and kept everything on schedule. We were relocating out of state and they were able to pick up the pieces and ensure that my home was cleaned and prepared for the listing. They took care of all the repairs, which allowed us to focus on our move. Very trust worthy and professional. I highly recommend Phil and his team at Elite Realty Group👍👍👍👍

I have used the Elite Realty Group for over 3 years to manage my property on the westside. Philip was easy to work with and stayed in constant communication regarding any issues with the property. He and the rest of his team offer many years of expertise and knowledge for real estate and property management. I would highly recommend them for any property management issues as well any other real estate needs. Jennifer Bryant

I have been using Elite Realty for management of my rental property for a long time now. They have been nothing short of exceptional! I do travel a lot and I also live abroad, they have helped me greatly when it comes to my rental property, from getting the correct fit of tenants, to ensuring that all work projects are completed at the house. I would highly recommend them to any and everyone. If I'm fortunate enough to get another rental property, they will be the ones who will manage it.

As a former sales agent working with Phil I can attest to the customer focused system he has in place. Everything Elite Realty Group does makes every transaction; buying, selling, or managing your property seamless and stress free. Working with Phil to start my real estate career allowed me to be successful when I relocated to southern FL. Elite Realty Group of Jacksonville is truly "Elite" no one can match them.
