Not good in reminding you day before your schedule. The phone number come up as a scam call.They make sure to let you know you owe $40. This was my first therapy appointment.
Lmao 🤣 my ADHD yeah the thing is I don't like therapy because of criticism and judgment on telling me what to do the psychiatrist is okay though 💀 like I am just there for meds lol 😂 without a whole scolding lecture session I would just like the psych no therapy because I do it my way as a kid with therapy yeah as a adult it feels wrong lecturing someone child please even a few times I was scolding lecturing the therapist ignoring her and not complying as a child lol 😂 the last time I seen the therapist she want me to be committed before my birthday but I but I said to see her after I never returned they are fake sometimes too lol 😂 the psychiatrist was chill because they wanted me to have an injection because I always tell them that I forget my meds but I recently took them just off track and I was calm so yeah the psych didn't force me to have an injection lol 😂 after that I never saw them again besides the people who were sitting beside me overshare false misunderstood things about me 💀🤣 so yes I vanished
Hi so I have Mrs tamela Swanson for my phsyc care in the orange park office 1 and she is so kind and caring she really makes the effort to be comforting and understanding she takes her time to get to know her patients and actually listen to their needs and wants for their mental health, she's never once made me feel like my mental health or feelings aren't valid , I've had some terrible phsyc care ( and some terrible therapists too) and I can honestly say Mrs tamela is the kindest and most genuine provider I've ever had! I 100% recommend her to anyone and everyone. If you see this Mrs tamela thank you for being the best phsyc provider I've ever had ❤️! And for therapy I've been equally blessed with a therapist that goes above and beyond , I have Mrs Alisha albritton and she's so amazing she genuinely makes me feel so safe and cared for she's so supportive and always goes way above and beyond, she's taken time out of her schedule to email me extra resources when I need them and even extra ideas to help with my coping mechanisms, she genuinely listens and makes me feel so heard and important she's kind and genuine and I really appreciate her so much I highly recommend her so much everyone deserves a therapist as amazing as Mrs Alisha albritton in orange park office 2 ! These two providers have genuinely made such a difference in my life and it's genuinely so scary to think one day when I move away I'll have to start my mental health journey again without them, but they've both given me so many coping mechanisms and assurances that I'll be able to get through it and find helpful providers when I move away so I feel much better than I did originally , Thank you Mrs tamela and Mrs Alisha ❤️
The staff is always so warm and accommodating to my needs. I’m very happy with my therapist and she has helped me through a lot of things I wanted to move past.
