Dr Case is amazing. Adjustments were a small part of care. He actually taught me some very effective exercises that keep my back strong and resilient. Dr Case for the win! I’ll always use Elevate Spine and Performance.
Dr. Case is an excellent doctor and can prove he knows what he's doing. He meets you at your exercise level and works with you from there, also discussing exercises at home that can help prevent further issue. I had low back pain that he relieved with a simple adjustment, an adjustment that I didnt know existed but I am incredibly grateful and will be returning! Thanks brother, I appreciate you very much!
Dr. Case is so amazing! He works very thorough. He did adjustments on me and then also ran me through exercises and movements to help decompress my hips. VERY AMAZING!
