I had the best first experience with Elase and Dysport injections. From the second I walked in I was greeted with kindness. Sarah, who was working the front, was extremely nice and made sure to ask if I needed anything prior to the start of my appointment. Kirsten was my injector and she was knowledgeable and extremely friendly. With this being my first experience with any type of injection she made sure to thoroughly explain every section and step and made sure I was comfortable each time and talked me through the entire process. I am in love with my results and would refer Kirsten and Elase to anyone interested! I can’t thank her enough for the amazing job and I am looking forward to my next appointment!

After having two neck surgeries within a year, I was struggling with both my confidence and my smile. At one of my post-operative appointments, I was told that the right side of my face might have permanent nerve damage and may never fully recover. Hearing those words was incredibly difficult. I found myself avoiding photos whenever I could, and when I did take them, I almost always smiled with my mouth closed because I no longer felt confident showing my teeth. Those muscles often felt tight and uncomfortable whenever I smiled or talked, and after treatment, they relaxed significantly. The relief has made a tremendous difference in my day-to-day comfort and overall quality of life. While my smile will never be exactly the same as it was before my surgeries, Kirsten helped me regain something I thought I'd lost. My smile looks more balanced, and I finally feel comfortable smiling in photos, talking with people, and simply being myself again. She gave me back a piece of my confidence, and for that I will always be grateful.
