El Potro Mexican Restaurant

Do not get the Margaritas here. They are a small $10 glass of lime flavored sugar water. I'm pretty sure they forgot to put alcohol in mine and just gave me cheap margarita mix on ice. Likewise, paid another $10 for a flat beer. The drink game is weak here. However, the buffet was actually okay for $15. It's small but they had a decent protein selection with different salsas, sides, and even small taco bowls. There was also some sort of seafood egg dish that was pretty good. I don't know what it was because nothing on the bar was labeled but good enough either way. So 5 out of 10. If you're thinking about having a drink with your Mexican food, I'd recommend going somewhere else. If you don't drink, this is a decent spot for the buffet at least.

This place is exceptionally AWESOME!! We LOVE this restaurant! The food is amazing. And the staff are so wonderful, which makes the experience that much better. They have a buffet at certain hours of the day. And that is so much fun. Definitely worth looking up and diving in!

This place rocks! Hands down, they have the best chicken fajitas we have ever eaten. The chicken makes it.. Thinly sliced, cooked to perfection with those onions and bell peppers, no tomatoes here. The best part is that it is flavorful with spices and NOT salt. Thank you, finally a perfect fajita!! The tamales are spot on as is their burritos. Thank you for efficient service, a pleasant atmosphere, and great overall customer service! See you soon..

Really good mexican food made by a great family that cares about the food and customers. They have one of my favorite buffets on certain days. I have been here several times and it has always been good. The secret is out! Monique was my server today and was pleasant and hooks You up with the free chips and salsa!
