Einstein Bros. Bagels

I want to give a huge thank you to the General Manager Beverly, for going above and beyond with exceptional customer service. My sister and I ordered two bagels and two coffees through DoorDash. When our order arrived, the coffees were missing. I asked the Dasher about them, and she told me the restaurant never gave them to her and that I needed to contact DoorDash for my refund. The timing couldn't have been worse. My sister is a first time mom recovering from a C-section, and I'm a first time aunt helping care for my four week old nephew. After many sleepless nights helping with the baby and supporting my sister, I was really looking forward to that coffee. I immediately drove to the restaurant and called on my way. Beverly answered the phone, listened to my situation with kindness and understanding, and assured me she would have fresh coffees waiting for me. She treated me with so much compassion, even though the issue wasn't the restaurant's fault. When I arrived, Beverly not only had our fresh coffees ready, but she also provided several extra bagels for the inconvenience. That level of care and generosity is what true customer service is. While I was frustrated that I had to drive nearly 15 minutes because the drinks weren't delivered, Beverly completely turned the experience around. She made me feel valued as a customer and showed genuine empathy during a stressful time. Thank you, Beverly, for your kindness, professionalism, and for truly caring about your customers. Your compassion made all the difference, and because of you, I'll gladly continue supporting this location.

Legitimately some of the kindest service I've witnessed in a long time. I stopped in for a quick bagel this morning and witnessed all the staff going above and beyond for each customer, using names, thinking ahead and discussing amongst each other how to care for their customers. For a chain place it has all the feel of your hometown shop. I'd be a regular if I lived closer just to be a part of what felt like a community.

Einstein Bros Bagels in Riverside Jacksonville always hits the spot. The food is fresh and delicious every time, and the staff is friendly and quick. My dog even got a treat which made the visit even better. It’s a great local spot where both you and your pup leave happy. Excellent coffee, soft bagels, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to come back.
