Eight Flags Autosports

Eight Flags did extensive work on my 2009 Ford truck, including replacing the front wheel bearing and rear brakes and rotors. They were friendly, professional, and their communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. I never once felt pressured or left wondering what was going on. Honestly, it’s rare to feel this good about paying for a repair service. Highly recommend!

I had a positive experience at Eight Flags Autosports. The staff were professional and took the time to explain services clearly and answer any questions I had. The process felt straightforward and transparent, which made it easier to understand what was being done and why. The service was completed in a reasonable amount of time, and the quality of the work met my expectations. The environment felt organized, and communication throughout the visit was consistent. Overall, I left satisfied with both the service and customer support. I would consider returning for future automotive needs.

Beware! or bring your checkbook. I brought in an SUV for a transmission diagnostic. The car was driveable but wouldn't go past 2nd gear. I advised them of the output speed sensor code and advised where the sensor was located and the diffculty to access it. ( Which is why without a lift, I didn't do it myself ). I got a call saying that the diagnostic would be almost $900. I gave the approval knowing that the fluid would need to be drained, the pan removed, the driveshaft removed and then the rear exterior housing removed to access the sensor. Then, the reverse would need to be done to put it back together. In my mind this justified the inflated diagnostic cost. Then, I got another call with an estimate of almost $5K to fix it only offering a vague reason why. I said NO and went to pick up the vehicle. During pick up I found out they did not do most of that work and only drained fluid and removed the pan. Then, I was told that there is no way to test the sensor. If that's true, why even drain the fluid and remove the pan? This is something an honest repair shop could have and should have known beforehand. So basically, for $900 they drained the pan, removed it and put it back together. ( If that's even the truth ) The bottom line is I took it to an honest knowledgeable repair shop and for $1807.00 my SUV is back on the road and runnning like new.

I needed some repair work done on my used foreign car and used 8 flags Auto for the first time. The service and the comminucation from James at the front desk and their entire staff was 5 star. They all went above and beyond to find and repair my problems. Price was good but the customer Service was excellent !! I would suggest if you have auto maintenance or repairs etc needed to give 8 Flags an opportunity to look at your needs. Job well done for me !!
