My husband went to Dr. Christian three times recently. He has Medicare and a supplement and he was billed $99.00. We called them when we got bill and questioned the charges. Called today again to see if they got it straight and office manager said it was adjusted to $59.00 and said he was charged with a co-pay that we had no idea about. Never was told this. Doctor told husband at time of X-ray that his insurance would cover the charge. There seems to be a problem with the office staff not knowing what is going on or maybe they need to pay more attention to patients instead of the baby they are babysitting. Patients need to be told up front if there is going to be a charge. We pay extra for a supplement. Not very happy.
Dr. Brown and the staff are absolutely fantastic. Totally fab. I was in severe pain for two weeks before it occurred to me that I should see a chiropractor. They had convenient appointments and she got me back to 100% in two visits. One week.
Dr. Brown is the best. I was her first patient when she began practicing at Edwards Chiropractic Clinic. What a mess my back was then, as my spine was literally crooked. I walked sideways and by the grace of God and a great doctor she was able to get me back straight again. I was pregnant back 18 + years ago and now that grown daughter and I are both current patients of this office. The staff are professional and personable. I cannot say enough about this group of professionals. Those who utilize Dr. Brown and staff are blessed to have them for all their chiropractic needs.
Dr. Brown is great! She was very thorough in diagnosing my ailment, as well as informing me as to what she was looking for during each test. I feel totally confident in her treatment plan to get me back to feeling good.
The staff at Edwards Chiropractic are wonderful. My wife and I both see Dr. Brown and she and the other staff do a through job in addressing our Chiropractic needs. We always feel better after a visit.
