They do a nice job on everything except dresses. NEVER BRING YOUR DRESSES HERE. I brought one dress to them that came back entirely stretched out in the shoulder and strap area. I thought it was strange, but I assumed it was something I did and of course not them. But on the next visit, I brought in three dresses as part of our order. All of them were returned ruined in the exact same way. Straps wouldn’t stay up, shoulder area completely stretched out. I don’t know what process they use on dresses but it ruined four of my dresses and that’s when we stopped going there.

Absolutely outstanding service! They went above and beyond to make sure my suit was cleaned and pressed - The attention to detail is impressive. It’s clear they value their customers and take pride in delivering top-notch results.

Destroyed my comforter, kept my money and met me with hostility. I’ve never experienced such a toxic combination of incompetence and poor attitude. I brought in a comforter in good condition, and it was returned drastically shrunk. When I asked for a refund and a discussion on how they would rectify the damage, I was met with immediate hostility. No apology, no professionalism, just excuses and a refusal to take responsibility. It is clear that Eco Wise has no interest in quality control or basic customer respect. They are happy to take your money, but they will not stand behind their work. Avoid this place at all costs.
