Cedars Cleaners

These guys do a very good job with men's suits, etc., and their customer service is exceptional. My wife is a regular customer, so they know her, but I use a dry cleaner infrequently, and so I am not known. But when I called them to ask if they could get my sport coat back to me a couple days before it was promised, after realizing I needed it before leaving town, they dropped everything and made it happen. They didn't have to do that, but they did. And the sport coat looked great.

Beware! have dropped clothes off here several times and each time the clothes have never been ready on time. I purposely wait two days beyond the delivery date and they are still late, even today. Also I picked up my pants today and each one was pressed without a crease. I have never seen this before. I was told that you have to ask for a crease. Really! If I could give a zero star I would.Stay away.

The worst Cleaners experience I have ever had…I had to visit the the cleaners 5 times before they had my order ready and correct…(4 pairs of pants and a button). Never apologizing for the poor service…I will never come back and I will tell everyone that i meet, not to visit your establishment.

I would have saved myself a lot of trouble if I checked the Google reviews before going to this establishment. I echo the numerous negative reviews here. I had a horrible customer service experience. I was told my items would be ready at a specific time, as I was attending an event that I needed the items for. I told the employee that I would rather not leave my items if there was any chance at all they would not be back in time. She assured me they would be ready in time. Alas, I arrived a day after I was told the items would be available, and they had no idea where my items were. Finally, the employee called the Jacksonville location and my items were apparently still there, and could be back “by tonight.” Well, that didn’t work for me as I was leaving for an event. Things do happen and so it’s your responsibility as a business to call a customer and let them know there was an issue and that their items would be 2 days late to allow for proper planning. Instead, I had to rush purchase new items on my way out of town. Totally unacceptable way to run a business. Do yourself a huge favor and go elsewhere. On my way out, someone noticed me in the parking lot and told me “that place loses stuff all the time.” I believe it.
