Jaiden the plumber is my guy in the last 6 months I've had multiple plumbers come out to where I live and in one way shape or form there's always been some sort of snag or something left unresolved. Jaiden was the youngest one as far as I can tell and in my professional and personal opinion he's far above the rest. Is attention to detail is impressive. He communicated extremely well whether it was a phone call to let me know he would be there soon for just communicating with me while he was on the job or any type of follow-up communication was on point and put me totally at ease. He was professional , friendly and courteous. You don't find that in a lot of service technicians especially one who's probably 20-21 years old. He got done in a reasonable amount of time but he took his time to do the job right. He cleaned up after himself and left the place better and cleaner than when he got here. He even stopped at the front door to go back and do a final walk-through checking for tools or anything left undone or anything you needed to attend to and I couldn't be happier with the service that I got from econo rooter and Jaiden in particular. Econo rooter if you ever send a text to my house again please send Jaden. Give this guy a raise. Give this guy the good truck.lol. I don't know Jaiden other than him coming to fix my plumbing so I have no personal interest and giving this great review to him and to econo rooter. He seems like he could be supervisor material in the near future. I've worked in the service industry as a technician 30 years and recognize a quality technician when I see one. Jaiden you did a great job I give you an A+ in every category!!!!

My landlord hired them to come and replace the main water line at my house. They did it so quick and were so responsive when issues arose after! They even extended their day to make sure my plumbing was good! Jayden (probably spelled wrong) was fantastic and did not make me feel like an idiot when the problem ended up being sediment buildup from the line replacement. Their receptionist was also amazing and was always so pleasant to talk to! She called me with updates when necessary and everything . I will definitely be recommending my landlord hire them for any plumbing issues I encounter. Thank you all!!!!!!
I’m so glad this company is under new management because the previous reviews had me nervous but their price had me interested. The tech that came to my property was DeJune and he was very straightforward, firm, friendly and fair. It took a minute for him to understand all of the issues I had going on. Once he diagnosed the issues he immediately began fixing them. Other companies that I shall not name were asking for no less and $2,500 and I was getting discouraged because that total was out of my range at that moment but the repairs and installations had to be done. Econo-Rooter gave me a quote I could not refuse base on the previous quotes I received. Thank you Econo Rooter and DeJune for putting a smile on my face and my bank account. Thank you and I wish you all endless success.
I haven't needed a plumber in years. But when I finally needed one a week ago, these guys got to me, gave me a reasonable price, figured out AND fixed the issue. Turns out it was more than just a clog, good thing they put a camera in there after unclogging it. Definitely would use them again. 10/10
Contrary to some of the recent reviews, we and our neighbor have had great experiences with Econo-Rooter over the years and today's service was great as well. We have an older (1960's) house in Arlington. Drain line was clogged again and backing up into kitchen sink. Called at 9am this morning (a Saturday) to see if they had anyone available to come out today or Monday. I was told they could come today and their tech arrived at 9:40am. I did not catch his name, but he was the same older and experienced guy that came out 2 years ago. He had our drain line cleared and working perfectly in about 45 minutes.
