I can’t thank everyone at East Coast Injury Clinic enough for the excellent care I’ve received after my car accident. From my very first visit, I felt welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for. A special thank you to Connie, Lindsay, Cathy, and Dr.Adam. Each of you has been so kind, professional, and compassionate throughout my recovery. You always took the time to answer my questions, explain my treatment, and make sure I was comfortable. Your positive attitudes and encouragement made a difficult time so much easier. I also want to thank the rest of the staff, even though I can’t remember everyone’s names. Every person I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and treated me with kindness and respect. The entire team truly cares about their patients, and it shows in everything they do. I visited East Coast Injury Clinic surprisingly by mistake. I walked in thinking it was the clinic I had scheduled an appointment with. I met Connie at the front desk and from that moment she was phenomenal. She didn’t pressure me to stay instead she was transparent and spoke with genuine care and concern. I decided to stay and be evaluated and I could not have made a better choice. I felt heard and cared for vs a run of the mill injury clinic looking for another patient and a check. She stayed until I literally didn’t have any other questions about anything even just life events. Connie is absolutely amazing! I truly recommend anyone to East Coast Injury Clinic. I’m so happy I accidentally found them.

Northside office was wonderful staff. Very pleasant appointment goes to extreme to help. I recommend to anyone needing help to recover.
