Early Steps

The receptionist Kanesha was so unprofessional. When she called she didn’t even tell me what company she was with and just started asking questions. Did not consider my time after I told her I was on a short break and would call back later. She couldn’t pronounce my children’s names continuously to the point where I didn’t even know who she was talking about. After asking at least 15 times if I could call back and starting an argument with me she told me she’s canceling our referral, which she obviously didn’t even read because she didn’t even know the problems we were referred for which are clearly written in a referral from the pediatrician. She basically argued with me for 8 minutes and hung up on me. I understand that this company offers free service but with that customer service I would rather pay for people who actually consider the patients and their families and leave us with a good first impression, not people who are starting their first jobs and don’t understand basic human courtesy.

My son had his evaluations today and everyone was so caring and attentive. They did everything they could to make him comfortable and relaxed. They have such an amazing program and I am super thankful for their assistance.
