I had a great experience at Duval Trucks. The staff was friendly, didn’t push me, and actually listened to what I wanted. I ended up test-driving a few trucks before settling on the one I liked most. Smooth and easy from start to finish.

Was in there Friday February 13th around noon, was on the lot for 30 minutes with my stepson, I wanted the white 2017 Dodge Ram and was prepared to get it that day, and have enough cash set aside to buy any truck on the lot 3 times over, but because we were in his car, I believe we were judged and no one came out to help us at all. I could see them inside just chatting with each other. Horrible experience at a dealership

Do not recommend if you are big on communication , it’s all about money to this company I see , I bought a truck in march $8000 down f-250 with the 6.7 a truck I’ve dreamed of since being a kid I worked hard to go get this truck , drove 4 hours to go get it aprils comes around my temp tag expires, I check with my tag office here in ga duval trucks ain’t sent nothing title , money for the tag and taxes. I go a week roughly with an expired tag they finally send me a second one I go back to the tag office this week and they still haven’t sent the check for my tag and taxes etc. 2 months after buying the truck and still don’t have my tag you’d normally get 30 days after purchasing a vehicle. I called several days this past week hoping for an answer never got an answer on the phone and always got told someone will call you back and get you taken care of , that was a damn lie. I will not take this comment down I will be honest and leave it up be prepared to get an attorney involved if dealing with this place.
