Do not rent from this company when they find out you’re leaving. As in moving out. They start treating you unfairly they start threatening you with evictions when the whole time you’ve been living there and they never did that. They start harassing you for money when you get backed up and rent due to stuff that they don’t add in their lease like my car being told because I didn’t have the proper stuff on my Code to live in the community they don’t want to fix stuff. I still have a microwave that’s broke. My refrigerator is leaking. When I moved in the carpets was dirty. Also they don’t credit your stuff as they say they’re gonna credit it and then you get behind on rent paying late fee then they want to credit it after you say something stuff that they should be keeping up with as a company. Clay Jones feels he can speak to people as children and like he’s their father or their boss, Take the phone from other employees when you’re trying to get some information and tell you as a tenant that y’all keep them on the phone too much they got other stuff to do when their whole job as realtors and landlords is to handle the tenant or any complaints. Also, they like to tell their maintenance people your business. This is not the company you wanna rent from I even got told by one of their realtors not to rent a home that they have because the house keep getting broken into and is in the hood so their own people know that they’re slumlords I’m full warning you do not rent from this company. Only person here at this company that is professional and cool is Lacy Bishop thank you for looking out for me and my kids.

I just want to say thank you to Duval Homes! You guys are amazing and passionate about people situations . Clay did what most places wouldn't have done . This is a beautiful home that he was able to get me in . This was a very easy process and he was upfront and kept his word on everything. His communication was excellent with me and very understanding. Are you looking for a home ? . This company is the best ! Without his understanding, I would had been homeless. I highly recommend Duval Homes! Thank you DH for helping me in my darkest time of life .

I've been renting from Duval Home's Rental Estate for 2 year's mrs. Lacy is awsome when it come's to rental thank you mrs.Lacy for continue to answering any question's that i did'nt understand and thank you for been so patient with your tentent's.

Thank you Duval Homes!!!!! My children and I love our new home Mr. Jones is the absolute BEST! He worked with me and the move in process was super easy and stress free. My children and I were homeless and now we’re in a place to finally call home and we love it! If I could give 100 stars it’s well deserved! I highly recommend DH the staff are respectful and courteous. I’ve never came in contact with a company that goes above and beyond like Mr. Clay and Duval Homes.
