Bard was very nice, respectful, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He kept in regular contact with us, always checked in to provide updates, and was very patient in answering all of our questions. When my father was in the hospital, Bard went above and beyond by arranging for a notary to come to the hospital so my father could sign the contract. He was also very understanding and gave us plenty of time to clear out the house, which we truly appreciated during such a difficult time. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience with Bard.
