⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Experience! Jennifer was absolutely amazing! She walked me through the entire process of surrendering my New York plates, explained how much time I had, what to expect moving forward, and answered every question I had along the way. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, sweet, and genuinely helpful. I also loved the way the Tax Collector’s office handles the wait time. The text notifications that let you know where you are in line make the process so much easier. I was able to leave, grab lunch, and do some shopping instead of having to sit there and wait. Jennifer was also able to answer all of my questions regarding my teenager getting her learner’s permit, including what she will need to bring before coming in. She made everything so clear and easy to understand. The entire experience was wonderful from beginning to end. Jennifer truly went above and beyond, and I really appreciate all of her help today! Thank you, Jennifer, for making what could have been a stressful process such an easy and pleasant experience!

Today I went to the Tax Collector’s office located off Crown Point Rd. in Mandarin to renew my Drivers License and Tags. I arrived early before they opened and stood in line with some others. When the doors opened at 8:30, I sat down and waited for my number to be called. The wait was not very long. Matt was the gentleman that assisted me with my Driver’s License and Tag renewal. He was very courteous, polite and very helpful in explaining the renewal process. He answered all questions I had and was extremely patient. Matt made the renewal process easy and swift. It was a very pleasant experience thanks to Matt.
