Durbin Creek Dental Care

I had an excellent experience at Durbin Creek Dental Care. The facilities are modern and equipped with top-notch technology, which made the entire visit smooth and comfortable. Dr. Mang was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every procedure and why it was needed. The X-ray technician and dental hygienist were also very professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. I had to bring my baby daughter with me, and the entire staff was so accommodating and kind. Their patience and friendliness made a huge difference and really stood out. I highly recommend this office and their amazing team!

Dental work was good; hygienist, dentist, and assistant were kind, positive, and knowledgeable. Appt confirmation procedure is insane and online forms software is confusing, redundant, and needs cleaning up. I had "schedule" confirmed appt 2 weeks prior by email, but missed a call 2 days before appt to confirm. I assumed that since I had already confirmed via email, there wouldnt be a problem. The phone message did not contain any warning that my appt was in jeopardy if i did not return call. I assumed one confirm was enough. When I arrived, I found out my appt had been cancelled. Insulting. The office manager pointed to a long written policy at the desk. I had never missed nor was late for any previous appts. To circumvent further appt cancellations, I was informed that i will receive and must answer an EMAIL confirming that I will accept future TEXTS. (I prevously declined text and phone calls due to overlapping requests for confirmations). Overall confirm procedure is rigid and should be flexible enough to appropriately discriminate between reliable patients and patient no-shows. I was able to get squeezed in for my appt. When my cleaning and check-up were finished, he hygeinist told to wait in the patient room; that the front office was checking out another patient. After a few minutes, I looked and did not see anyone at the checkout area. As i walked up, i saw the three office staff sitting in chairs, turned towards each other, possibly in a meeting? No patient was in the area. A meeting superceded patient checkout. Though I scheduled a future 6 month appt, I will be looking for a dental office that is more respectful and less enamored in inflexible and "store-front chain" services.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Durbin Creek Dental care office! From the moment I walked in, the front office team was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. They made check-in easy and created such a friendly atmosphere right away. Dr. Mang was outstanding very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. You can really tell he cares about his patients. His assistants, Bri and Marissa, were both incredible! They were kind, attentive, and made the experience even better with their positive attitudes and professionalism. They worked so well together as a team and helped me feel relaxed and at ease the entire time. Overall, this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a dental office. The entire staff went above and beyond to provide excellent care and customer service. I highly recommend Dr. Mang and his amazing team to anyone looking for a trustworthy, friendly, and professional dental office!

The office ambiance was delightful and cheery. The staff were kind, patient and willing to answer any questions. The office staff and Dentists offer continuity in care. They present your dental estimates of cost in advance so you can make good choices about the work you have done.
