Duck Duck Rooter Plumbing, Septic and Air Conditioning

Duck Duck Rooters are really getting worse with their services. Their technician came to the property and left within 20 min and did not even fix anything. It takes more than 20 min to diagnose the issue. AC is still bad and he never called me, got my permission to proceed after he arrived and gave me quote. Thats normally not the rule. Just heads up to be very careful when you call them especially if you are at work. Don't schedule them to come. They are not trustworthy. They trick you for overpayment. Technician Jermy on conference call with operator said, he arrived at 4: 35 PM and left at 4: 50 PM. I was told that manager can go again to fix the issue but you will pay again. So what was the first payment about without fixing the problem. They trick you to pay again and again without doing anything. I was told also if Technician stays over 5 PM , you will pay over time. What a horrific service. And they force you to pay and threaten you if you don't pay, we will send to collection and will go on your credit. Warning you guys to be very careful . No one wants on their credit and you get robbed again and again. Off the record, they charged me 381 dollars on September 16 for changing the capacitor that you could buy for 20 dollars on Ebay. Charged me again on 14th October that I paid with no resolution of issue. I called third time next day, answer was " Manager can come and you have to pay again". I was like " I am not going to pay any more, Dont step on my property". They are very overpriced. Normally companies with good reputation and work ethics, gives you free service if problems happens within 30 days.

Duckduck rooter really does give same day service, and excellent service. I had sixteen people coming over for a party and everything clogged. The DDR guys came quickly, identified that a pipe had collapsed. And they had everything fixed and running within two hours. When guests arrived, nobody even knew that we'd had a problem. Loved the tech icians, too. Great guys.

My technician Baxter was on time, very professional thorough and he walked us through the issue with great detail. We understood our options clearly. He is highly professional and overall a very nice person to work with.

Plumber named Elvis did a great job! Have used Duck Duck Rooter several times for my plumbing needs. They come same day I call, on time, and always professional. Best in the Jacksonville area.
