I was a patient at this practice for close to 10 years, during which PA Nathan Adams and Dr. Osborn consistently failed to diagnose serious, life-altering conditions. They completely missed an autoimmune disease. Instead of referring me to a specialist for a proper treatment plan, they over-prescribed long-term steroids, causing unnecessary harm, then referred me to a rheumatologist. Following an emergency hospital admission, I spent four months with an unknown diagnosis, managing a PICC line for IV antibiotics. While the specialists were determining the cause, the support from Dr. Osborn’s staff was non-existent. I felt completely abandoned during a critical health crisis. A serious infection requires proactive care, not added stress from a dysfunctional office staff. While I continued to see the surgeon and infectious disease team, the logistical support from this specific practice was unacceptable. They failed to diagnose a serious heart condition. It was only caught at a hospital during a failed pre-surgery screening. Even after the student intern later noticed the issue, PA Nathan Adams never officially noted the diagnosis or educated me on it. During my final appointment, PA Nathan Adams became hostile, threatened to halt the visit, and stated I was no longer welcome at the practice. They failed to provide the legally required formal documentation releasing me as a patient, violating medical abandonment protocols. I was still receiving autogenerated messages reminding to make wellness visits until I unsubscribed and changed my number. Thanks to my new medical team out of state, my symptoms are finally controlled with correct medications. Finding a competent team made me realize how severely negligent this practice was. Avoid PA Nathan Adams and Dr. Osborn if you require accurate diagnoses and safe, ethical care.
Dr. Osborn is an excellent doctor and I have recommended him to many friends and relatives. His entire staff is very welcoming, friendly and professional. Visiting the office is always a positive experience.

Dr. Osborn is an excellent physician and ALWAYS takes the time during appointments, discussion of test results and on weekends as needed for dealing with unexpected issues. He always available when needed. Dr. Osborn has been my physician for a number of years, including two years with his practice as MDVIP. I highly recommend him as a physician but even more as an MDVIP practice.
I was first referred to Dr. Osborn 6 years ago by intelligent, trusted and respected professionals in my life, who told me that he was a reliable top level resource for my ongoing back, neck, and hip issues. I’m well past the serious and strenuous athletics of my youth; but like many folks, I live with the consequences of those past years of athletic competition. This is not to mention the general physical complications of an active life filled with the usual challenges of being a father to young children. Thankfully, I quickly discovered that this referral was great advice. The entire office staff, top to bottom, is a reliable group of hardworking, intelligent, and dedicated individuals. Furthermore, it’s extremely convenient to work with Dr. O, because his office goes above and beyond the norm in measurably objective ways, such as by performing their own blood draws (special shout out to Susan, a pro if there ever was one), providing quality in-house pt, a great gym, etc., along with all of the critical basics one should expect. Shortly after coming under Dr. O’s services, I became a member of the MDVIP program. While this is not required, and I am sure they will take good care of every patient under any circumstances, I find it to be very much worth the effort. I just never seem to hit the ceiling of the value of my investment here. Finally, I think it is worth mentioning that Dr. Osborn and his staff are quick to emphasize natural and healthy ways of healing vs. the modern tendency to lean on brief informal appointments, unnecessary prescriptions, and generally shuffling the patient off and out the door. We all know that “you get what you pay for”and frankly, what you sign up for with this practice is just solid professional help and assistance in an era where such things are becoming borderline impossible to find. So thank you to Dr. O and his staff, it has been a pleasure to be a patient of this practice.
