I am very disappointed with this office. The stuff at the front desk was talking about personal stuff while us as a new pt with a newborn crying baby were waiting for them to finish. We did not end up seeing a dr and it took for them over a week plus 3 requests to send us an invoice.
Dr. Garcia and her husband are great people! We love to come to see them and my both kids love both of them. They really care for your children and want them to get better. I am happy that I got to them when I did! So happy they are close to us. Thank you Hani T
Dr. Garcia has been treating my 5 year old for a few months and her kindness and the way she is children is so great. My newborn started seeing her in the hospital and she has very much been on top of my daughters issues and has been scheduling all Necessary specialist appointments. She has a great bedside manner as well.
Although I am no longer with this location, I must say this staff is the best staff by far I have ever gone to for my daughter's care. My visits are always short, sweet and friendly. Clean and organized office. They are always welcoming, even at the busiest time. Keep up the great work. Tracy and Dr.Garcia you guys rock!!!!😊
Excellent staff, tidy rooms and bathroom. My son has been seeing the Docs for over 2.5 years and I have no complaints. Yes there is sometimes a little wait on the phone or waiting to see the Docs but that is expected in any waiting room and I've been to worse therefore, I'm very thankful.
