Dr. Lindsay Maples, DMD

All staff were very warm and inviting. Kind and welcomed with a smile. I had 4 kiddos with me and I know scheduling all at the same time can be challenging, but they were quick to get us in and worked together as a great time to have my daughters seen. I have a special needs kiddo too, and they did a great job making her feel comfortable while also getting the job done. Dr. Lindsay was also very kind and explained what needed to be done without being pushy about things as well. While it was a hike for is to get there from the other side of the bridge, I highly recommend this office!

Terrible office management. I never had issues at Dr. Linsey's office. She is just awesome! Lately, I had several issues. I don't know if there is new personal. I scheduled an appointment over two months ago, never had to go through so much in order to set it up. I get a called today about moving my appointment which is for next week to another time because of a patient's emergency...if it's an emergency why not book it for this week?? Then, during the same call I was told that my son's Dad insurance was now out of network. I wasn't aware and apparently as of January 2025 it's when out of network. Why when I set up the appointment nobody made me aware of it? I spoke to management, STACEY and instead of listen to my concerns and resolution, she kept cutting me off..... also, she was very snarky..... I tried to add my own insurance that covers my son as well but then another employee told me that it would be "FRAUD" if I did that.... No reason to be unprofessional towards a parent. There is a way to communicate with a parent. In Florida, it is permissible to have two health insurance plans, but a process called coordination of benefits determines which plan pays first. My son's pediatrician asks for a secondary health insurance because it is legal.

We have had a great experience here since my boys were little. They’re efficient and kind.
