Amazing to see only five reviews. Something tells me they are taking these down. I had a terrible experience with what should’ve been a routine. Dr. Reed tried to “repair“ the cavity first instead of doing a root canal like it should have been done the first time. That was his way of making extra money. When I finally got the crown, the contact was terrible and the cavity was never completely cleaned causing me to have a completely new procedure. And believe me, I went somewhere else for the new crown. Don’t waste your time or money on mediocre work. Here’s a picture of his crown that broke after only a few years.
After months of switching between doctors, I finally found the right doctor! I have been blessed by having Dr. Douglass Reed as my dentist. Seriously, my first experience was the most spectacular thanks to the welcoming staff and doctor itself. The Staff were very attentive, professional and fast with everything. The office had a welcoming and peaceful clean environment. No to mention, the excellent service I received by Dr. Douglas himself. I came to fixed the crown of my implant. He explained to me his work before proceeding them, fixed my crown, them explained the next thing to be done. My bite feels amazing! Thank you very much! I see myself and family coming over to Dr. Douglass always.
I'm a person that fears going to the dentist not my favorite thing to do, however ihad the best experience with Dr Reed, very gentle and caring dentist. He made sure that I experienced little to no discomfort and checked with me regarding my pain level throughout an extraction, will definitely go back to him for all my dental needs!
I been with Dr Reed for 25 years. I’ve been very pleased with the work he’s done with me and he’s very caring. He tells me exactly what needs to be done. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! And the staff is great too! Always so kind! Long time customer, Raffaele Wesche
