I was pleased at first. I saw Gloria through a telehealth visit, she was very nice and understanding with my kids in the background. She said she was going to get my prescription sent over to the pharmacy right away. Well before my appointment I got a text message from a random number, a picture saying pay before appointment, all the certifications, whatever. AFTER my appointment, from the same number, I get another text with a PayPal link, which I thought was weird so I didn’t click it. I give it a couple days and go to the pharmacy. Nothing was ever called in for me. I try calling the office, no answer. I check my insurance claims online to make sure the doctor was legit and billed my insurance. For some reason Dr Scheiner says I owe them $40, but my insurance says I owe them $22. So I try calling again for weeks, no answer, can’t leave a message because the inbox is full. So here I am almost a month later still without my medication, and can’t get anyone to answer the phone. Still confused why they’re charging me more than what my insurance says I owe. I would just avoid this place. It’s too much hassle to not even get a basic service, and to be overcharged.
Dr. Scheiner was my dr for 5 years, until I moved out of state. He was always caring and listened to my concerns. Had it not been for him telling me to go to the ER, I probably would have died, I didn’t know I had a heart attack I thank him for being Thorough with his Assessment of my problem Darlena Waterhouse
the doctor himself was fine, relatively easy to work with, however there was a problem at the pharmacy and i had to ask them to send it to a different pharmacy. They told me they would, and simply didn't do it. Now i cant get any help straightening it out because they absolutely will not answer the phone to save their lives. so now im $95 poorer and still don't have my medication, and I actually think they worsened my mental condition with how much they refuse to help. Thanks for nothing!
Dr. Scheiner is amazing. He is very courteous and extremely friendly, and really shows an interest in his patients' well-being. I have been seeing him since December of 2022 to help manage my ADHD and he has been so helpful. I do also enjoy that he cares about you as a person, because he asks how things are going in life and what you've been up to lately. I don't feel like just another patient that he's trying to get in and out of an appointment.
My experiences with this doctor, at first, were so great that my husband was going to apply to become his patient as well. I rated them highly. Then referrals never went through. Lab work orders were never submitted. The office stopped answering my emails. Then appointments were denied, all without a single reason ever being given. To top it all off, he never researched my medications, and I ended up in the ED because of it. This is a doctor good at first impressions, and not much else. I highly recommend you look elsewhere.
