Don Haneline - State Farm Insurance Agent

I had an amazing experience switching my insurance! Staff is knowledgeable, and made the entire process so easy. All I had to do was make one phone call, tell them what I needed, and they took care of the rest. I simply signed the documents electronically, and they even contacted my previous insurance company to cancel my old policy for me. I was in the middle of a cross-country move, so having such a seamless experience was a huge relief. They also emailed my renters insurance information directly to my apartment complex, which I truly appreciated since I was literally driving across the country while trying to get everything done. They made what could have been a stressful task completely effortless. I couldn’t recommend them more!

I cannot say enough good things about Don Haneline’s State Farm office. Allyson, Joseph, and Doug have always been pleasant, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful every time we have needed anything. Don is all of those things and more. After getting to know him, it is clear that he is not only a great agent, but a truly good human being. He is a military father, deeply involved in the community, committed to child welfare services, devoted to his family, and genuinely compassionate toward the people around him. His empathy and kindness come through in every interaction. Before working with Don’s office, I had no idea how valuable it could be to have a local insurance agent. In the past, I used USAA, and while they served a purpose, it always felt remote and distant...like we were just another number. With Don and his team, it feels personal. It feels like someone actually knows us, cares, and is willing to help. My husband and I are truly thankful to have a relationship with State Farm now, and that is because of Don Haneline and the incredible team he has built. We are fortunate to have his business in our community, but even more fortunate to have Don and his family here as part of it. Find the good people in your community and support them. Allyson is an outstanding agent who really works quickly and with complete knowledge of their systems. This allows for quick set of your account and when needed, account changes. Additionally, her follow up has been timely and as a result I have transferred more business to them. I have to mention that she typically answers your calls as you call. In the one instance where I left a message she called back with 20 minutes.

I had so many questions about new bill pay program and Joseph was amazing . He explained everything so well and sent an easy to follow link that I was able to follow so easily. This one individual has made me dealing with hard to understand stuff very simple. This if the 4th of 5th time to be helped by Joseph. I just wanted to recognize someone who is amazing at their job.
