A Buyer's Choice Home inspections

I am only posting this now, instead of several months ago, due to problems with my email account which prevented me from writing this review much sooner. You might say the fact that I still feel compelled to take time to write this review, so long after my experience with Joe, is your first clue. I met Joe several years ago when an insurance company hired him to inspect the home of a relative. I had to assist Joe with access to some areas of the home, and I therefore had to interact with Joe while he was working. I came away with the impression that I should probably get Joe's card in the event I needed his services in the future. When that "future" day arrived, my realtor had suggested an inspector of her own choosing. I politely suggested to her that I would rather use my own choice of inspector (Joe). I don't think my realtor was thrilled with this at the time, but she agreed. On the day of inspection, I was present, as was my realtor. Joe arrived exactly on time to begin, was courteous, and got to work right away. By the time the inspection was only half complete, Joe had already performed professionally in a way that made it obvious why I chose him for the inspection. He went above and beyond the call of duty in ways that make a person believe again that ethics, values, hard work and professionalism are all still alive. My realtor was stunned and speechless. She asked for his card. In short, hire Joe and get two things accomplished, 1) your inspection 2) you get to meet, in person, an author... because Joe wrote the book on how an inspection is done.

Joe done a great job for us. I would definitely recommend him if you need your home inspected.

Joe did a great job. We have used him a couple of times. Always on time and very knowledgeable and efficient.

I recently hired Joe Henry from A Buyers Choice Home Inspection and he was outstanding. Joe is smart, informed, and extremely detailed throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer my many questions about the home we are looking to purchase, always with clarity and patience. I have purchased many homes and have worked with numerous inspectors over the years. Joe Henry is truly head and shoulders above any home inspector I have worked with in the past. His professionalism, thoroughness, and communication skills are exceptional. His email report was also impressive. It was highly organized, very detailed, and easy to read, giving us complete confidence in his assessment. I highly recommend Joe Henry for any home inspection needs.
