Dogtown

Thank you for confirming that we are not a good fit. I agree. What is disappointing to me is that, rather than addressing the concerns I raised, your response focuses on discrediting my review and making assumptions about my motives. My review was based on my actual experience boarding my dogs with Dogtown in 2024. During their stay, I received a call informing me that my dogs were injured and covered in blood. What concerned me most was not simply that an incident occurred, but that I was told staff did not know what happened or how it happened. As a pet owner, that lack of information and accountability was extremely unsettling. Despite that experience, I recently reached out because my dogs did enjoy being at your facility, and I was willing to give Dogtown another chance. Instead of hearing how procedures, supervision, or incident reporting may have improved since then, I was simply declined as a customer. You are certainly within your rights to refuse service, and I respect that decision. However, I am equally entitled to share my experience and explain why I would not personally recommend the facility. I would also like to clarify that I have only posted this review from my own account. Any suggestion that I authored reviews under other names is incorrect. I sincerely hope every pet entrusted to your care receives safe supervision and that any future incidents are handled with greater transparency than what I experienced.

We are here from out of state for the season and needed to get our fur baby, Phoebe, groomed. I brought a note from our regular groomer describing how she is normally done and the staff took the time to review it and understand the directions. The staff was inviting, kind , and very accommodating. The groomer(s) did a spectacular job. I will definitely be back and will recommend this location.

This was our first time using Dogtown’s services to board our puppy and the overall experience was great! Everyone was so sweet and we loved getting our daily pupdates. Our puppy seemed to enjoy himself as well. The facility is kept up and clean which is also important. We hope to continue to use their services in the future!
