Jacob Santana and Diane the receptionist were absolutely amazing!! Both were a complete blessing to us and helped us get what we needed!! Both of these amazing people are a credit to the State of Florida and an example of what we should all be!!!
Very quick, even with a walk in. We had a very complicated issue with multiple out of state registrations and they were able to get us setup with everything we needed. Clean building, very friendly and helpful staff. Best DMV experience I've ever had.
Never thought I'd write a positive word about a DMV, but WOW!!! Made an appt, was greeted with a smile and a "Good Morning!", called back within 5 minutes, ALL the employees were friendly and quick, and out the door all within a total of 30 minutes. I left smiling and amazed. Will ALWAYS use this location from now on!
What a scam, first experience with title and registration changes, I left feeling taken advantage of. Woman argued that is the same in all 50 states. I came from Colorado and never had those issues and the fees were astronomical. Paid for 1 year plate registration and got 6 months for the price. 302.00 dollars doesn't get you much in Florida. Learning the hard way.
I needed help with a new title for a Runaway Camper. The clerks are very helpful and had to overcome some issues, but I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you.
