I have two accounts, one for our residence and one for a commercial building. Patrick did our termite inspection earlier this week on both properties on the same day. Patrick was on time and conducted a very thorough interior inspection in both cases. Then on the exterior, Patrick located each and every termite bait station, about 31 around our home and utility building, and about 41 around our commercial building. He opened and removed each and every bait tube, checked the bait, re-inserted it and secured the caps. He was very efficient, but his procedures were detail oriented and meticulous. Great Job Patrick!

Yesterday the 2nd treatment for roaches was completed at 617 Plymouth Court Unit C. The property has just been painted throughout and the technician placed brown roach gel on the walls above all the doors which looks ridiculous. (see attached photos) I understand the need to place gel but why the walls and not on the top of the door frames . I cannot imagine this is the way it is done in high end homes? Now I will need to repaint the walls above the doors which negates the effectiveness of the gel George
