Digital Planet Shop is hands down one of the best local computer shops I've ever been to. I originally stopped in looking to upgrade my existing gaming PC, but after seeing the quality of Robert's custom-built systems and his competitive pricing, I ended up purchasing one of his gaming rigs instead. What impressed me most was the customer service. I requested several upgrades, including additional RGB fans and other components, and Robert had no problem accommodating my requests. He delivered exactly when promised, and the system came with a warranty backed by his shop. I was so impressed with my first purchase that I returned and bought a second gaming PC for my niece. During the build process, I changed my mind on a few components and even after pickup, I wasn't completely satisfied with the RGB setup and CPU cooler. Robert didn't hesitate to make it right. He worked with me to install an RGB controller and upgrade to an incredible digital-display CPU cooler that completely transformed the build. That's what sets Robert apart. He's not just selling computers he's focused on building long-term customer relationships by meeting and exceeding expectations. His honesty, expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction are the reasons I've purchased two systems from him and will continue recommending him to others. If you're looking for a custom gaming PC, upgrades, repairs, or tech advice, do yourself a favor and visit Digital Planet Shop. Robert and his wife have built something special. Highly recommended. Take a look at the gaming rigs I've purchased from them in 2026 and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed.
Would rate 10 stars if I could! Had issues with my laptop overheating, and brought it here to get looked at. He told me two weeks, but got it done in one! My laptop temps on Monster Hunter World were 95c, resulting in throttling. After he cleaned it out deeper than i ever could, as well as cleaning out a lot of background tasks, my temps are 60-70c. I had a great find here as well, a Llano V12 cooling pad. I got it used for a great price from here as well. Amazing work, will come back later if i need anything else!
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Mr Robert is amazing. He got me taken care of with my new to me asus laptop. He even stayed after hours to make sure I was taken care of. You won't find customer service this good anywhere else! Don't ever shop anywhere other than here for all your computer needs. I cannot recommend it enough!
I’m super super pleased with this place. Super helpful with everything, very nice people, and they hooked me up with a great laptop for a very affordable price during their back to school sale. I highly recommend!
This is the best place for computer purchase and repairs! Robert and Lisa are very knowledgeable and always attentive. They make sure you are set up and ready before you leave the store with your purchase and take the time to explain the system to you. Customer service is superb! Highly recommend!
