First time at Dick's (because Lucky Cat was packed and we were starving) and not too bad! Ray, the bartender, was friendly and took great care of us. Our food came out in a timely manner and an overall good experience. Okay slamming Burger, wish there was more of the bacon jam. There was no beer cheese but a giant glob of was looked like ketchup and mayo mixed together. Potato salad was okay too. My husband had their Black and bleu burger and was underwhelmed with the lack of flavor. The meat was cooked correctly though. The coleslaw was made for people who like eating tasteless wet cabbage. The cheese curds were bomb though!! We had never had them like that before and loved the cheese to breading ratio. I know we went to a restaurant known for wings only to get burgers and be upset that they weren't the best, which is why I'm giving a 4 star review and not a 3.
Not as good as remember. Been a while, was excited to go back as they used to be my favorite wings. Interesting seat yourself service. Guess no hostess, not a huge issue. Beer selection was a little underwhelming. Wings weren’t all crispy, a couple soggy skinned ones. Looked like Chicken Wing Soup. Pretty unappealing. Should have been tossed in sauce, otherwise tasted fine. All the wing orders looked like they were drowned in sauce. Onion rings were pretty good. Same Cajun ranch as the wings. It was fine.
Very nice people. From the time I called in to the time I arrived to pick up my food. The customer service was great. But the food needs work. Ordered Honey Hot, Medium heat. There was no heat and it was very bland. Wouldn’t order again.
This place USED to be good. Tonight we gave them their last chance and they continue to disappoint. On top of the order being wrong AGAIN, we got yo listen to "slob on my knob" by three six mafia on the juke box. Look up the lyrics and it will explain why I brought it up. Also, seems to be a kid/employee hang out for friday nights as there was a table up and down a lot going back and forth to the kitchen. Unfortunately this is another sad story of poor management and everything else suffers from it. Used to be weekly customers and now we wont walk through the doors again.
Fast for the food to come out, friendly folk on shift. would always recommend coming here i’ve never had a bad experience. today though paige and casey made it great
