DeVore Capital Contracting

Before contacting DeVore Roofing, I received quotes from two other roofing companies for $15,000 and $16,500 for a full roof replacement. Then Marion, my project manager, inspected my roof and explained that it had enough storm damage for my insurance to cover a full roof replacement. He walked me through the entire process, answered all of my questions, and made everything easy to understand. In the end, I received a brand-new roof with only a $1,000 out-of-pocket expense. I highly recommend DeVore Roofing—they saved me over $15,000!

I can’t say enough great things about Marion and everyone at DeVore Roofing! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Marion kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was handled properly. They worked directly with my insurance company, and my insurance covered my new roof, which made the process so much easier than I ever expected. They also made sure that i didn’t pay my expensive hurricane or when deductible therefore only paying $1000 for a brand new roof!! The crew was prompt, hardworking, respectful of my property, and did an excellent job with both the installation and cleanup. If you’re looking for a roofing company that is honest, knowledgeable, and truly cares about its customers, I highly recommend DeVore Roofing. Thank you, Marion, for making what could have been a stressful experience such an easy one!

I owe a huge thank you to Marion DeGuzman, Project Manager at DeVore Capital Contracting! My roof was in bad shape after a storm encountered back in 2024. Missing shingles and water leaking into the interior through my ceilings; a true nightmare and I didn’t know where to start. I connected with Marion as he worked on a home in my neighborhood impacted by the same storm. From start to finish, Marion was there to ensure I understood the process, costs and timeline to finish. The work quality was simply amazing! The crew came in on one of the coldest December mornings to complete the demo. Next day following the inspection, I had full shingles on the roof. The yard was kept impeccably clean and I haven’t found a roofing nail in the yard or pool to date. My immediate neighbors had totally different experiences with their roof replacement. Further and finally, can’t say enough about Marion and Devore Capital Contracting! They were there at the right time, provided exemplary service, and an amazing product with swiftness and professionalism. If you need a new roof, I would highly recommend this organization and ask for Marion. You will not be disappointed!

We didn't get to choose this company to replace our roof due to insurance policy. However, they did help guide up through the process and made sure we were taken care of. They provided a free inspection and the employees were amazing. If we had the choice, we would choose them to do our work. They did replace our neighbors roof and did an amazing job on their home!
