I have been very happy with the attention and care given at this office. Everyone is helpful and personable. I am being treated for toenail fungus which is improving but it takes time.The only reason I did not give it a 5 is because it can get quite warm in the rooms if you have to wait awhile.
Leaving this review so that the powers at be can train their scheduling employees better. I had an appointment scheduled for a year, I got a text and selected reschedule, I got a call and the times didn't meet my needs so I said to just keep the appointment. I took time off work and drove almost an hour to my appointment and was told it had been cancelled. I had receipts from my text messages that I did not cancel it but chose to reschedule. They were unable to get me in and I would have had to take time off again and make the drive so I won't be back. Dr Chavez and her staff have always been great but the scheduling department needs work.
Dr Chavez and her staff are the best. She never makes you feel like she’s in a rush, and spends the time needed with you. She is excellent with MOHS surgeries and doing whatever is necessary after the surgery. I highly recommend her.
The staff is very friendly and professional! Back office is very caring, and tentative, and the doctor was great! Arrived at the office, they took me in rather quickly. The doctor spent quality time with me and out the door all in about 30 minutes. I highly recommend this practice. The process is great there
Dr. Crow is wonderful. She helped my son with his acne and now he looks great. She really took the time to talk to my son and listen to his concerns. I highly recommend her.
