I got my teeth clean yesterday and this place is amazing, the doctor is very professional and very well detail oriented. Highly recommend this place! The staffs, the hygienist and the doctor are amazing! Love the environment 💕🙌✨🙏
There are 4 main things I usually rate stores and restaurant for: 1. Price - 🌟 🌟 🌟 2. Cleanliness 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟 🌟 3. Customer service 🌟 🌟🌟 🌟🌟 4. Product/service quality 🌟 🌟 🌟 = Overall score of 4.0 It always smells so good in there. The place is clean and flawless. The doctors are knowledgeable and open to questions. They do not get upset when you ask about their procedures or how something is going to work like other dental office workers. Did I mention how genuinely friendly they are? The type of friendliness that isn't forced by a paycheck. You can tell that they actually like their job and enjoy helping people. They work with you if prices are too high. They set up payment plans, or discounts at their discretion. I only give a 4 star instead of 5 because some dental procedures seem to be dragged into 30 treatments and it takes forever to get a procedure done. But in their defense, they just want to make sure its done correct while limiting dangerous possibilities of doing it all at once. and sometimes payment papers are lost or don't get documented and it simply needs to be a little more organized on the accountant end of the business. Other than that, great job.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about my dental hygienist, Dalynn. From the very first appointment, her kindness, warmth, and genuine care immediately stood out. She doesn’t just “do her job” — she truly cares about her patients in a way that is rare and deeply appreciated. Dalynn pays incredible attention to every detail and constantly checks to make sure I’m comfortable. She has such a gentle, calming presence, and even the simple act of rinsing my mouth frequently shows how thoughtful and attentive she is. Those small gestures speak volumes about the type of person she is. What makes her even more special to me is the connection we built. Several visits ago, we bonded over conversations about healthy foods, and since then, each appointment has felt more like catching up with a friend than a routine dental visit. Although we’re moving two hours away, I will absolutely make the drive to continue seeing her. That’s how exceptional she is. I had a best experience ever!! Im glad that Patty assisted me, she was very helpful and understanding. The clinic is very clean and they are all nice and polite. Will definitely refer more people here
I have been going to this dental office for about the past two years. I do not have dental insurance at the moment and Dental Plus OP has treated me so well, working with me to take care of my teeth. I have gotten cleanings, exams, X-rays, and cavity fillings here. I have had a wonderful experience so far. Dr. Mikhail is so nice and once checked on a cavity filling of mine and fixed it at no charge. Great dental office with caring staff!
