Dental Care on Longleaf

Update 9/22/26- I still have pain and I cannot use my front teeth fit you anything it’s been almost 2 months UPDATE: wow everything has turned horrible and I am changing my review!!! When the perm caps came in, I asked Brittany if I could try them first b4 they were glued in. I should have been warned that everything was gonna go bad when she dropped one of the caps on the floor - everything got worse after that. I told her that they did not seem to fit properly. I warned Dr. Bagay that they did not seem to fit and that #9 cap wanted to go on top of the right cap and there was something wrong with the fit. He was very rough with me and he was in a hurry. He had just extracted a tooth from a woman in the next room. He horribly pushed the caps on the post and they did not seem to go right and then some glue got on the top and then he was pulling floss through my teeth, really hard as I felt that he was pulling off the underlying post and core and I was in pain and I told him to stop and then I held onto my teeth when he flossed and he didn’t want me to, and I said well humor me because the pain was so bad. I knew he was doing something wrong. The caps are not ugly. It’s the fit that’s wrong. I am in pain and I’m not supposed to be in pain. I had a root canal. I have waited two weeks before I changed my review, hoping the pain will go away, but it has not. I can’t eat. I can’t chew and I’m terrified to go back and get my teeth fixed by him. He actually said to me if I had wanted a better job, I should have went to someone that charged more. I was in shock. I mean, his price was good and I didn’t go to him just for the price, I expected quality, & I didn’t expect to be in pain and I didn’t expect to have a horrible painful experience. I would not use this Dentist because he was calous & uncaring when I complained about how he inserted the caps. A horrific experience. I do not recommend this Dentist.. I do not think he’s authorized to do a root canal because I should not have pain and I begged him to just use temporary glue because I felt that there was something wrong, but he insisted to put on the permanent glue and now I would have to go through an entire procedure of having my new caps cut off and possibly weakening the root canal and the post and core - what a disaster this is. I can’t believe my rotten luck that I found this Dentist. I am removing five stars and now giving him one star- he deserves zero stars. He is a very mean man. If he had not been so rough with me and pulling on my caps, I don’t think I would be in this pain every time I eat or touch my caps. Original review: Great experience. I highly recommend this talented Dentist for root canal and caps. He gave me the alternative I requested instead of implants. I finally found an outstanding dentist at a cost I could afford. I did not want implants for many reasons. The cost is high plus you have to have the tooth extracted and I didn’t want that. I have been to several dentists looking for the comfort level to proceed for over a year now and when I walked into this office and spoke with Dr. Randy Bagay I was was instantly sure I had found the right place to replace a front tooth that had broken off at the gum line. I decided to replace two front teeth to make a nice smile. I never liked the previous caps- they were too long. I had the existing cap cut off the existing post and core. It came off without any damage to the existing post and core which was over 30 years old. Then I had root canal on number 9 (front tooth) which was painless. He placed a post and core. Everything went perfect. No pain. I did not use the nitrous. I did not need it. Dr. Bagay is fantastic! Then Britany prepared my temporary caps and they are beautiful and fit great. She spent over an hour shaping and adjusting to make sure they were perfect. She takes pride in her work and her skill is outstanding. She is a super nice person & I felt 100% comfortable in her care. I can’t wait to go back in two weeks and get my permanent caps.

My first experience with this dental office. From the beginning with communication with me I was impressed. The office staff is very friendly and modern. Exam chairs are super comfortable, especially love the cushy neck pillow and blanket provided. That is a nice touch. Hygienist was wonderful and super thorough with my teeth cleaning. I happy I switched to this dentist office.

Great,amazing friendly staff and caring Dr's. I've had my cleanings to other dental care done and it's all been above and beyond. The office ladies are wonderful as well. Highly recommend. They will take care of all your dental needs.

I had my first visit today and let me just say I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service here! Everyone I came in contact with was polite, professional, efficient and went above & beyond to make sure I was comfortable! I especially loved their review of my dental history & concerns and Dr Bagay & Julie made sure I understood what my options were regarding my treatment plan!! I’m a nervous patient typically but I felt very calm & comfortable throughout the process! They really listened to my concerns, my needs, and my goals for maintaining overall healthy dental hygiene! I’m grateful to have such a caring & compassionate team by my side! I’m a patient for life!!
