Dr. De Farias is awesome - she is the best dentist I've ever been to!! My husband and I have been going there for several years now, and every experience has been positive. Two weeks ago was the first time she's had to do any serious work on my teeth - I had an old crown, put in by another dentist, that needed to be replaced. Pulling off the old crown can be a nightmare, but she did a wonderful job, and the temporary crown fit beautifully. My jaw wasn't the least bit sore (unlike previous experiences with other dentists). Today she put in the permanent crown. The whole process was by far the best experience I've had with this type of procedure (and I've had many). Her dental assistant, Jason, is amazing, too, as well as her dental hygienists and office staff. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and competent. I highly recommend this practice - you won't be disappointed!
I am always anxious about upcoming dental appointments but I highly recommend Dental Care Institute! I had a great, thorough, very professional cleaning without causing unnecessary pain! The dentist examined me and was very pleasant and approachable. She did not “find” dental concerns to benefit her bottom line like many dentists!
I have been coming here for 10 years, and have received top notch care. Dr. De Farias takes the time to explain my options. She and her staff are wonderful!
Dr De Farias has been our family dentist since 2010. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and informative. She and her team educate us (the patients) on how to keep healthy teeth and gums for life. The office is convenient and inviting, the staff is friendly and communicative. I have several dental practices to choose from in our area, but there is no reason to even look at other practices since our care has been consistent and continuous since we moved to the area almost 15 years ago. This is an excellent, well run practice with who I consider the Best Dentist in the area to care for and treat my family and myself with any and all dental needs.
Always courteous and professional. The best dentist in the state for sure. I am more impressed with each visit at the sheer competence of the staff and the amount of effort that is taken to insure a perfect fitting crown. An example are these molds and models produced from impessions of my teeth and gums during the process to insure that the lab gets it right. UPDATE I had an old crown come off. Made a "walk-in" visit to the Dental Care Institute. In other words, no appointment. Within ten minutes after my arrival, I was in a chair and Stacy was taking X-rays and then cleaning and polishing the crown. She and Dr. De Farias prepared the tooth and glued the crown back on for a perfect fit. My out of pocket expense was $15. A bargain and the type of service I have come to expect from the best dentist I have ever had. Thanks. UPDATE Teeth cleaning by Mo was thorough as always. Additionally a Floride coating was applied. Everything at this place is a level above anywhere else.
