Dental Care at Cartwheel Bay

I had an amazing experience at Cartwheel Dental Care! Dr. Habibi and the entire staff were incredibly accommodating and kind. I had a dental emergency with my front tooth and was feeling desperate since my regular dental office closes early on Fridays. They took me in right away without hesitation, which I truly appreciated. The staff were all very friendly and made me feel comfortable during a stressful situation. Even though I have an HMO dental insurance, they were still able to help me with only a small fee for the procedure. I’m so grateful for their care and professionalism. Thank you all so much—I highly recommend this dental clinic!

The service is just excellent the staff really friendly. The technology is top notch. I was able to see my entire teeth in 3D and move around on the screen. They have definitely invested in their tools 😀

Today I had a very disappointing experience at a dental office. Before my treatment, I specifically asked if my insurance had been verified. The African American woman with the shorter dreads——-Told me “yes” and was asked to have a seat and wait to be called back. Based on that information, I moved forward with the appointment. After the work was completed, I was then told that my insurance had not actually been verified and that I would owe $575 out of pocket today, with an additional $430 scheduled for the other side tomorrow. Patients deserve transparency before treatment begins. If insurance hasn’t been verified or if there are out-of-pocket costs, that conversation should happen upfront so patients can make informed decisions. I’m sharing this because communication and honesty in healthcare matter. No one should feel misled when it comes to their medical or dental care.
