Just sharing our experience with Del Webb Wildlight and Pulte Homes. Although the buying experience was ok don’t expect any warranty work. They will spend weeks not owning up to anything. They claim this French drain is working as designed…. We have lived here for a total of 4 months. Serious buyers remorse.
Love the community, the amenity center is 5 star. Onsite restaturant has really great food. 24 hour man-gated. Wild light in Yulee is a great town close to Fernadina Beach and Amelia Island!
Del Webb Wildlight is a beautifully designed 55+ community with an exceptional amenity center, and is just the right size for our needs. We are very happy to be here.
As a local Northeast Florida real estate agent, I am really digging the different possibilities and the quality various products that Del Webb presents. Fabulous all-inclusive, exclusive properties some of which also includes 55+ communities, perfectly fit some of my clients who are looking for adult-living in the Jacksonville North Florida area!
Excellent experience at Del Webb Wildlight. From Lance in sales to James at final walkthrough. Thank you Pulte for the best home buying experience we have ever had. Fantastic home. Beautiful community, incredible residents. So happy we purchased here.
