Christina at the Career Source was an amazing soul to speak with, it’s really nice to be able to talk to a genuine person when you really need it. 10/10 all props to her!!!!
I do not like this location of staff, especially Vikki. If I'm calling inquiring about a program yall offer why do I have to look online when I'm speaking with the person that is for that particular program, that is just lazy. If I wanted to look online I would have did that obviously I'm calling to get a better understanding on how the program works but I will not callback or return to this location.
This is a great place to get a great deal of help. The staff is knowledgeable in what they are doing. Despite my situation I don't mind going there.
I've been into the office a couple of times now. There's always different people on the desk, but they are always helpful. They can't tell you specifically what to do on your claim, but they do guide you.
I had my taxes done by these nice people and plan on going back this year.
