had DC out for a full generator install and the whole thing went smoother than i expected. first call they actually picked up which already put them ahead of two other places i tried. tech walked the property with me, looked at the panel, asked what i wanted to keep running if the power dropped and gave me a few options instead of pushing the biggest unit. price came back the next day in writing which i appreciated. install day they showed up early, ran the gas line, tied everything into the panel and tested it with the main shut off. one of the guys explained the maintenance schedule and how to do the monthly self test without me asking. work area was tidy when they left. i also had them look at an older standby unit on a rental i own and they got it running again same visit. solid outfit, knew what they were doing

Getting a generator install felt like one of those jobs you put off until you really need it. They made it pretty straightforward in Jacksonville. There are a lot of companies to sort through so I paid close attention to how they answered questions that ended up mattering. Everything is running the way it should now and I feel a lot better having it ready
Called about a new generator install and got a real answer same day. Tech walked the side yard with me, explained sizing options without making it weird. Install day they were quick and tidy. Had them back later for a quick repair on a sensor and same deal. Solid
Our whole house generator stopped doing its weekly self test and I had no idea who to call. The company that installed it years ago is long gone. DC picked up on the first try and had someone out within a couple days. The tech who came was straightforward about what he was seeing, showed me the burnt contactor and explained why it failed without making it sound scarier than it was. Parts had to be ordered but he was back when he said and got it running properly again. A few months later we decided to replace it entirely because the unit was getting old, and we used DC for the new install too. The estimate was clear, the permit stuff was handled on their end, and the new generator has run through two outages since without a hiccup. Good people to deal with.
