We recently had the Pleasure of working with Jesse & His Team at David Jace Properties ( They bought Our Home ).......from start to finish they were Absolutely Awesome !!!! From Our initial conversations and throughout the entire process.......Jesse & His Team were very Open & Honest, so very Kind & so Patient & Understanding of Our Situation. They treated Us like Family, Always making Us feel like We were a Priority.......They Truly had Our backs every Step of the way !!!!! We are so very Grateful for All that They did for Us !!!!!! I love Jesse he is the nicest and everyone else that was involved. We had 2 storms that push our closing dates back but we got it done. They are very perfectional and I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

For the record, I am not affiliated with David Jace Properties - JaceBuysHomes, save as a consumer. I am compelled, however, to write this review as the experience was entirely counter to what I anticipated. Like many, I consulted all of the big names in the iBuyer realm (and I am told they don’t much care to be included in that group, for reasons that will become apparent). The opens, the offers, and even the ‘we buyers’. Also, like many of you, I read the horror stories about the bait and switch techniques, the last-minute cost additions, and profound ‘findings’ that whittled down the initial ‘offer’ to grossly under the expected. I also read about the necessity to sign contracts, all of which had a specific termination date, before getting the inspection. Last, the anonymous, or even mislabeled callerids of the contacts one must deal with. I called them all and each one left me concerned about the validity of their work ethic. I should note I am a suspicious person by nature and by former employment. I am the guy looking at the exits, but it’s worked for me thus far. Enter Jace Buys Homes. To combat the ill feelings, I encountered with the others (including rude responses from owners of other companies) I attempted a go with a local organization. They came in early with a number that I liked for my mom’s house, perhaps the amount we would have walked away with after the hassle of selling ourselves via a realtor. Some places are worth going that route, but this was not one of them. From the start, they were on point, and while they did have a process, it never went off course. If you are honest with them, they are absolutely straight with you. I gave Jesse (my contact) an incredibly hard time (apologies again Jesse), but I simply did not trust anyone at their word. I was wrong. These folks do their best for you, they are local-ish, and strive for customer satisfaction above all else. Do they want to make a profit? Of course, it’s a business and I would never expect an organization to lose money just to make me happy, so you have to have realistic expectations. They met them and more. If you want to sell a house the easy way, if you have done your due diligence and know what it’s actually worth (in your pocket after all costs) then do yourself a huge favor and call these folks. They do not merely break the paradigm; they are the example of what all others should strive to be.

Great company to work with. Jesse and his crew made our sale a pleasant experience. We highly recommend them.
