I have been with this practice for 20+ years and would go nowhere else. All the staff are always so very helpful and accommodating. I adore Dr Hyler, but Debbie Hall, ARNP, has become my primary provider in the past few years. She is amazing. She listens to me and helps with any of my concerns. She has gone above and beyond in helping to try to get my insurance to cover a particular medication. She even called me the night before my recent appointment to review a couple of points prior to coming in. This was on her own time, might I add. Customer service for sure!!! Thank you so much, and see you next year!

This specific location may need to be shut down. I haven’t been here, but after searching & reading these reviews I think it’s best ALL WOMEN (pregnant or not) just stay away from this place. I’m sure if Dr. Hyler knew these patients were being mistreated and pushed away to other practitioners he would be beyond disappointed. Nevertheless, I’m more than certain these reviews don’t go unnoticed. I’m here because the recent reviews are just so horrible and online pulled up this location. Glad I’m just here to leave my helpful opinion and move on.

Amazing experience here as a self pay patient. My other doctor wanted $580 to see them. I had heard good things about Dr Hyler so called his office and they were extremely reasonably priced. Not only that but they were able to see me right away. The staff were friendly and I was in and out in under 45 minutes. The Dr who I saw was Dr Debbie Hall and she was fantastic. Thank you so much for helping me with my IUD removal.

I had an incredibly upsetting and unprofessional experience at this practice. I scheduled an appointment over the phone and completed my digital pre-check-in upon arrival. At no point was I informed of any outstanding historical financial balance from years prior .I was formally checked in, taken to an exam room, and active clinical care began by Anne Crosby ARPN. My vitals were taken, and a medical sample was collected. The provider evaluated me and stated I was being prepped for an immediate ultrasound. However, a billing representative name Kaitlyn abruptly entered the examination room mid-appointment, interrupted my active care, and demanded immediate payment for an old disputed balance from 2024, or else I would be forced to leave. When I asked why this wasn't brought up before my care started, I was told the scheduler was new and untrained. The medical provider never returned to finish my exam. Worse, after care was withheld, administrative staff attempted to delete the medical records of my physical intake from that day, including my vitals and sample collection data. Interrupted medical care over a surprise administrative issue—especially after intake has already occurred—is completely unethical. Patients should look elsewhere if they expect consistent care and professional ethics.
