Be came here to have a skip day and celebrate my childs birthday today - we got there at 11am, right when it opened. We were so excited, for specific games, Minecraft and car racers but after we spent $100 on credits and got to the floor - we quickly realized over half of the arcade units either had no power or no connection/service and you couldn't play them AT ALL. There we workers all over the place moving equipment and kids were running around in between units and games. They had floor boxes open causing huge holes and gaps and hazards. There were a lot of cables strung about, tripping and safety hazard. There were wokters tools left out in the open. No signs posted and no warnings about what was happening in the arcade. After a full loop on the floor I asked the front desk what our options were.... They offered a 50% discount but the manager then offered to downgrade what we paid to a lower tier (maybe only 20-25% off). The manager was so annoyed with us even asking and was rude during the process. Also there was nobody working the prize Booth and we had to ask twice for somebody to come back and help us redeem our tickets. The whole experience was an absolute disaster.
Our server ( BRI ) was absolutely amazing 👏🏾 👏🏾 Best server we've ever had at Dave & Busters. Kudos to you Bri, keep up the great service and sense of urgency. You never forget about us >>> party of 3 😊 The food was good for the most part. The pasta dish could have had more pasta and shrimp but it was tasty😋 The steak was prepared medium-well and it came out perfectly🤤. The bacon mac-n-cheese was decent. The flavor/seasoning on the chicken nachos were okay but the plating was horrible. It was literally a mountain of lettuce taking over the whole plate. It wasn't even worth taking a picture 😅. The lemonades were good. The alcohol/blue drink hit the spot 😌
This place was quite expensive. The service is not quick. The front desk has explained everything. But you do everything yourself on the kiosk. Kids love it. Not parents friendly. But they had a great discount every wednesday and sunday.Their games are half off, so it must stop by.When you have a lot of extra money.
Today was an experience I don’t want to go through again. This Dave & Buster’s was a major disappointment the kids wanted to leave after just one game. The hostess seemed uninterested in helping us but was very attentive to a white family, and it felt like others, possibly managers, prioritized them too. Our service was inconsistent after being switched between servers, but our last server, a young Hispanic woman, was great. Another Black lady staff member was also kind and professional, and both made sure we were taken care of. The food was underwhelming. The quesadilla wasn’t good I ended up picking the chicken out. The spinach dip tasted burnt, and the tenders seemed undercooked. Only the chips were decent. Even with the poor service and food, we didn’t complain. We paid, tipped well, and left. I wouldn’t return.
I love coming here but there is one female manager that seems to always be having a bad day! Other managers are great ... food has been very good the numerous times we have went and last trip the human crane was very fun. The games seem to be well maintained last few times , and when we had a problem they fixed it very fast .
