Darley's Plumbing Inc

I called asking for a rough estimate to replace a water heater in the future and the ultimate answer I received was that rough estimates were not provided over the phone. Meanwhile, I called other plumbing companies and they were happy to speak with me and provide an idea as to how much this would cost. I can't speak to the quality of this company's work, but the customer service was extremely poor and will not have my business when I am ready to replace my water heater in a few months.

I needed several things done. Jonny worked with me and everything was done within the time and estimate he said. He was a Big help! Way to go Jonny! There were 3 plumbers and they did a fantastic job! They were on time, courteous, friendly and respectful. They took great care in making sure everything was cleaned up and working properly before they left. I was so impressed with the 1st job that this is the 2nd job they have done for me in 7 months. I will definitely use them for everything plumbing related in the future. I'm a devoted customer now. Just fyi, I referred them to my niece and she was also impressed! Yay Darleys! 💃

We are not satisfied with Darleys plumbing. My water heater is still not performing properly. After paying over $200 for new thermostats and elements I still can not get more than one hot shower before it runs out of hot water. I have a 60 gallon tank 4 years old. I will end up calling another plumber to get corrected. Not happy and I do not recommend Darleys plumbing. This was $175.00 service call.
