I've worked with both Ryland and Walter. They're fantastically helpful without being pushy. They offered alternatives and ideas I hadn't thought of (a small fan to replace the a/c "fan" in the bathroom was brilliant and I love it to death). We've purchased both indoor and outdoor fans. Service and quality are top-notch. We are big FANs.

A fan bought from Dan’s 31 years ago wasn’t working. My wife and I expected that a new fan would be needed. The store manager, Ryland Patrick, suggested a possible repair alternative that cost $14.99 plus tax, which worked. We brought the lower part of the fan to the store and Ryland replaced the single capacitor without charging for labor. Excellent customer service. We will always go to this store first for our fan needs. Thank you, Ryland.
Great service and selection! We appreciate Ryland's attention and assistance in selecting fans. He is very knowledgeable and convincing as a salesman, as well as respectful of the customer's wishes. We bought two fans, one he recommended, the other was my idea. I especially like the many options available beyond "which fan": you can also get different blades, different light kits, etc.
We had a great experience working with Ryland at Dan’s Fan City while purchasing two ceiling fans for our all-seasons back porch. We’ve shopped here several times over the years and have consistently appreciated the knowledgeable staff and smooth purchasing experience. Highly recommend!
Excellent customer service, excellent products. We have replaced 5 fans (only 2 more to go!), in our house and love everyone. They ask questions to understand what we wanted and educated us on things like blade angles, optimal distance from the ceiling to the fan, fan blade size, etc. Happy customer. :-)
