Taylor knocked on my door after seeing my dilapidated roof. He was working with my neighbors. He worked with my insurance to get a new roof. The experience was seamless. Taylor and Jimmy the owner explained everything. They worked with my insurance to get my roof. The roof was expertly placed by people that care about your property as much as you do. They cleaned up and finished the job in 1 day. If you need a new roof, call Taylor. Taylor is a kind understanding person that doesn't take no for an answer. He even helped me with my quest to obtain solar. You won't be disappointed if you choose Custom Roofing Solutions!
Great inspection! Super friendly. Zach was amazing and was able to give me all the information and answers all my questions.
Taylor has been awesome to work with. He helped me figure out everything I needed to do to make the claim through my insurance quickly and smoothly. He has answered all questions I have had along the way, small or big and responds quickly to all my text. I went through this with another company. I was in the dark the whole time, and it failed to go through. After talking with him I feel I have a complete understanding of how the process works and will have a new roof within the next few weeks. Thank you, it had been a pleasure working with you, I highly recommend working with Taylor!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Austin Waugh, and I can't recommend him enough! From start to finish, my experience was exceptional. Austin was incredibly helpful in addressing both the roof and interior damage, ensuring I received the compensation I deserved. Thanks to his expertise, I only had to pay $350, which is an amazing deal! If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about their clients and delivers results, Austin is your guy. Thank you, Austin!
