Custom Quality Builders LLC

Great experience with a great company, very happy with the craftsmanship, I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them, don’t hesitate to call Mitch for whatever your needs are.

Custom Quality Builders delivers an exceptional level of customer service and craftsmanship that is truly rare to find today. From the very beginning, they took the time to thoroughly understand our vision and expectations, providing a clear and accurate quote with complete transparency throughout the entire project. We greatly appreciated that there were no unexpected costs or surprise add-ons along the way. Their professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. In addition, their staff is outstanding — knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely wonderful to work with. We highly recommend Custom Quality Builders to anyone looking for quality workmanship and an excellent overall experience.

Custom Quality did much of the work of our kitchen project. Itemized contract was provided with line items and costs of each task. Ongoing issues were addressed with a no problem solution. A number of stages were implemented: The tear out crew was quick and clean. The drywall guy made it look easy. The electrician installed two overhead light fixtures, no problem. The plumber hooked up the disposal, dishwasher and sink faucet. Painting was done by Susan who was quick and neat. Mitch Taylor (owner) did much of coordination with the cabinet installer and the countertop company. J.P. Murphy is a company asset and could be counted on to address any issues. If I had prior knowledge Custom Quality could do the complete job; build and install the cabinets and countertop I would have checked them out. Reliable and honest. Highly recommended.

After purchasing our home, we discovered that we had to have the entire house re-plumbed. We needed to find a contractor to put our house back together after the plumbers completed their work. Mitch and his team did a phenomenal job!! They replaced all the flooring in our home with new LVP and beautiful tile. They also completed a half bath to full bath conversion. They helped us navigate a really stressful situation with patience and gave us great advice when we felt stuck. Every one who came into our home treated it with respect. They provided us with quality work and fair pricing. We couldn't be happier with our home and look forward to hiring Custom Quality Builders for any future renovations!
