  I wish I could give zero stars as this company has done nothing to help with my experience here at one of their properties that has been nothing short of a nightmare, largely due to the petty and inconsiderate staff running the complex. Every major maintenance issue has been an uphill battle. I've had to escalate my complaints to the BBB, the FL Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services, and JAX Legal Aid. Now, I'm considering involving News4Jax because I know I'm not the only tenant facing these serious issues. The management has consistently given excuses instead of solutions. They allowed squirrels to infest the building and told multiple lies before finally scheduling an exterminator—only after the City of Jacksonville made me fill out a form to withhold my rent legally. Even now, I have squirrel feces and urine leaking through my ceiling, and yet they’ve threatened me with eviction. To make matters worse, CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD, the supposed management company, refuses to respond to my inquiries and even claimed they don't manage the property despite their name being everywhere. The office staff seems more concerned with filling units than taking care of existing tenants. It’s been a petty back-and-forth situation, and the assistant manager even admitted to having squirrels in her own building for seven months without action. Recently, they sent an email asking tenants to stop voicing concerns in common areas, which says everything about their priorities. Water outages happen almost daily, and it feels like a circus here. If you’re considering moving to this complex, I strongly advise against it. You deserve a place that respects and cares for its tenants. Save yourself the headache!
