A friend of mine recommended Crown Plumbing Services since she was highly satisfied with their work. Since Richmond American Home builders put a used garbage disposal in my new home, it’s no wonder I had to have it replaced so soon. Steve, from Crown Plumbing installed a new garbage disposal in less than an hour, even with removing the old one which was leaking and rusty. Richmond American Home builders have not responded to my numerous phone calls. Steve does quality work and cleaned up the area where he was working. Hopefully I won’t need plumbing services anytime soon, but Steve from Crown Plumbing Services is who I will call.
Steve, of Crown Plumbing recently installed a new hot water heater for us. The water was not getting hot and Home Depot told him to bring it back and they would give him another one. He installed that one and the water is still not producing enough hot water. We called him and he said he was sick and would come back that Friday. He never showed and his phone does not answer. We did not get a proper detailed invoice either. It was a photo copied invoice. Flash - Steve is not the owner! He leases the business from the owner who lives in Texas! You can check with the local BBB. Also, he charged us an absorbant amount.
Very pleased with the honest and reliable service of the guys at Crown. Reasonable cost of service. Bob and Steve were very polite and we are happy with the installation of a new toilet when the old one pooped out. 😝 After calling my regular plumber and being over a week out in appointments. I was relieved that Crown was able to get to us after just a few days. Thanks guys. I’ll be calling y’all in the future.
Unreliable. Steve repeatedly failed to show up when he said he would and didn’t finish the job. We are having to get another plumber to complete a simple water softener installation. We used Crown for years but it hasn’t been the same.
Had Bob install a new water heater yesterday. Called on Monday and it was installed on Tuesday. Our water heater is in a second floor attic. a little bit of a hassle but taken in stride by Rob and Steve. Did a great job. Neat and clean. And at a very reasonable price. I recommend you call them for your next plumbing service
